Greetings! I am Saurabh Sharma, a environmentalist and the proud founder of Srasta Foundation. My journey as an activist for conservation is driven by a deep-rooted passion to take care of our nature, nurturing a greener planet and ensuring access to clean water for all. This portfolio provides a glimpse into my life’s work, and the impactful programs I have initiated through Srasta Foundation.

Education

Bachelors in Arts (BA): Completed undergraduate studies at Lucknow
University, where he gained a strong academic foundation.
Campus Placement at Hilton: Commitment to excellence led to a
campus placement at Hotel Hilton.
Pursuing LLB Degree: Currently, pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
degree, which equip with the legal education to address
environmental challenges, with an informed approach.

ACHIEVEMENT AND INITIATIVES

Javik Khadi Prashikshan Karyakram: Rural and household business have a great potential in the future market, organised Javik Khadi Prashikshan Karyakram. One of the hallmarks of Srasta Foundation is It’s impactful programs. This initiative aimed to revive traditional practices like Khadi weaving and empower rural communities by providing them livelihoods and generating market and employment for Khadi.
Srasta Foundation: Founded the company with the strong motive to take action. Srasta foundation is committed to raising awareness about environmental issues and promoting sustainable practices among individuals and organizations. The foundaion addresses the environmental issues, and work towards educating about renewable energy sources.

Online Campaign

Consistently engaged in online advocacy to
address environmental concerns. Through informative posts,
articles, and social media campaigns, aimed to reach a wider
audience and ignite conversations about pressing environmental
issues.

Social Events

Organized and participated in 113 social events for
the purpose of promoting renewable energy resources.

Community Workshop

Arranged numerous workshops to
educate about the sustainable ad renewable energy options.

Swachch Ganga Abhiyan

The moment was organized with the
aim to address the pollution and degradation plaguing the river,
focusing on various aspects such as wastewater treatment, solid
waste management, and the promotion of cleaner practices along
its banks.

Interests

While the hospitality industry was intresting, always felt this curiosity to
learn about environmental concerns and motivaion to act for a
greener future.
Organic Farming & Rain Harvesting: Strong advocate of organic
farming practices and rain water harvesting. By conserving and
utilizing rainwater, we can combat water scarcity and ensure a more
sustainable water future.
Renewable Energy: Exploring the potential of renewable energy
sources like solar and wind power aligns with the vision for a greener
planet with reduced dependence on non-renewable resources.
UMANGOTSOLAR, is a vision, for every indian household using solar
panels for electricity needs.

OBJECTIVES AND GOALS

Promoting Renewable Energy: Educated Prople about renewable energy options, Incentivize solar & wind projects with tax breaks, develop community solar programs for shared access, and collaborate with industries for green energy adoption.
Reducing Global Warming: Resolute in the commitment to combat climate change by promoting sustainable practices, addressing the problems and raising awareness about the consequences of global warming.
Water Treatment : Through Srasta Foundation, offer consultation services for Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) to ensure clean water for all.
Solid Waste Solutions: Addressed the issue of waste management as his priority Mission. Consultant, offers innovative solutions for efficient solid waste management, reducing the strain on our environment.

INDIAN CULTURAL AWARENESS

Promotion of Ayurveda: Organized workshops that delve into the intricacies of Ayurvedic herbs and remedies created engaging content that highlights the time-tested principles of Ayurveda, committed to this ancient science is unwavering.
Yoga: Through regular Yoga workshops and personalized sessions, guided individuals on a path of self-discovery and balance. By demystifying Yoga and making it accessible to everyone, helped individuals harness their inner potential and find harmony in today’s fast-paced world. Offered community yoga classes and organized yoga workshops & retreats.
Preservation of Sanskrit and Regional Language: Dedicated to preserving the beauty of the Sanskrit language, which is intertwined with our cultural heritage. Visioned to offer scholarships for Sanskrit studies, develop interactive Sanskrit apps, organize Sanskrit speech & debate events and popularize Sanskrit through media & arts.
Promotion of Veda: Strive to introduce the newer generation to the timeless wisdom encapsulated in the Vedas through seminars, presentations and cultural programs. Organize Vedic education workshops, support vedic research & publications, and promote Vedic events
